Tracking Your Exercise


Most of you now have completed your goals and your plan. (Check this spreadsheet if you're not sure whether your plan and goals have been approved yet.) So, now it's time to start exercising!

For the next 12 weeks, you will keep a daily log of your exercise, which you will need to show me every two weeks when we meet for your fitness measurement check-ins. Your log should look something like this; it needs to show the type of exercise you did and the days you worked out. I'm hoping that we can meet again on Sunday 9/18, which will allow you all to have two solid weeks of exercising.
